- Large sunroom (1000sqft) with an indoor small heated exercise pool with 2 airjet seaters.

- Your 2 parking spaces in the back (street parking also available, 16 hrs max.)
There is a bedroom with a walk-in shower on main floor, but no wheelchair access to the house. No scooters allowed inside the house (walker only).

- Access to ½ acre garden in the back yard and Ontario Lake.
HOSTS’ LIVING UNIT
is located below the Airbnb apartment in the basement in the main house with separate entrance. We spend the night in the beach house (150ft away from the main house) when we have Airbnb guests, so both hosts and guests feel more comfortable.
PERMANENT TENANT(S):
There is also a permanent tenants’ apartment above the garage with separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom and furnace.
(Note: This is a large property. Host, tenant and guests (you) do not share anything; No one will see or hear each other).
