There is even a high chair, lightweight stroller and a Pac N Play or child’s for your little ones, if needed.

The ground floor of this home features a living room and formal dining area with high ceilings, cozy fireplace and french doors that open to a patio perfect for that cold drink after a day at the beach. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. This kitchen is equipped with professional Thermador stainless steel appliances which include a built in refrigerator with icemaker, gas burners, double ovens and granite countertops. This home is owned by a professional chef so it is well stocked with an assortment of spices; herbs, condiments, cooking appliances, and any dish or accessory that you might need to create that memorable meal. The custom curved twelve foot granite counter is perfect for kitchen dining and opens into the family room with its own flat screen LCD TV, bar, half bath and laundry room. Just off the family room is another beautiful patio lined with grape vines, and is perfect for outdoor cooking on the grill.

The second floor includes three bedrooms, media/game room and two full baths. The large media room includes an oversized sectional with seating for 10 or more, flat screen TV, surround sound and a wood burning fireplace. For golfers, the renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course, home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 20 minutes away while other nearby courses like the Meadowlark Golf Club, SeaCliff Country Club are only a few minutes away. For shoppers the downtown has dozens of the best shopping for all ages just a short walk away. Huntington Beach's 'Bella Terra', Costa Mesa’s 'South Coast Plaza' and Newport Beach’s 'Fashion Island' are each less then a 15 minute drive and offer some of the best shopping in Southern California. For those simply looking for a pampered day of luxury, the Pacific Waters Spa at the Hyatt Regency is five minutes down the coast and the famous Montage Spa is a 25 minute drive.
