We are located walking distance from REAL Watesports in Waves, NC. This offers you to be able to walk to the beach or walk to REAL Watersports in order to have some fun on the sounds side. We have four bedrooms with two king beds, one queen bed and two bunk beds. Other than Kids room, there is 32'' flat screen TV. We just added a 26'' LCD TV with built in DVD in the Kids room. The house can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Upstairs, we have fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, cutlery, microwave, toaster etc.. The dinning table has a seating capacity of 10 guests. The living room has two sofas and a 50'' flat screen TV, There is also a pool table in the living room along with a half bath. Downstairs, we have Outdoor Shower, Covered Parking & a Fish Cleaning table.
NOTE: We would like to point out that a portable concrete plans has been built diagonally across behind our house in the place where there was a construction yard. We still have a pond directly behind the house. We are not sure when it will start operating. We are expecting minimum impact from the plant and wanted to make you aware. Please see a pic from the top deck in the photo's section of the listing.
