INSIDE THE HOUSE

Fit up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, and enter through the garage and into the foyer.

Straight ahead, a bathroom doubles as a steam room. There's a built-in granite desk in the hallway for working, and just past is bedroom 2, furnished with a king-size bed, gas fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted shower/tub combo.

In the hall, turn right and find the upscale kitchen lined with stainless steel appliances and a wood-paneled Sub-Zero fridge. Two ovens, an electric range and dishwasher make cooking—and cleaning—a breeze. Between a breakfast nook (seats 4), kitchen bar (seats 4), and ornate dining area (seats 8), there' are plenty of options.

What better place for the spa than the living room? Crafted with a waterfall aesthetic in mind, you can watch the big flat-screen TV with cable in bubbling bliss. Other living room details include a gas fireplace, 2 recliners, 2 couches, and a wet bar with 4 stools.

Take in the fresh air in the backyard, where views of Snow Summit peek over the treeline. There's outdoor for 6, an outdoor kitchenette with propane grill, and a fire pit (not to be used when Big Bear is in drought).

Take the stairs and walk straight into the master suite. There's a seating area for 3, a treadmill and exercise bike, a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Take a left and find the bedroom with a dramatic king-size bed.

The adjacent en-suite bath has a jetted tub, a stand-up shower with rock features, and a dual sink granite vanity with 2 walk-in closets.

From the master bedroom, cross the hall into the game room. There's another gas fireplace here, along with games and a quaint balcony with seating for 4. Laundry facilities are opposite the balcony.

To the left is a bathroom with glass shower—a shared en-suite with the 4th bedroom. Another game room is across the hall, stocked with a billiards table, gas fireplace, TV and plenty of seating. Another wet bar provides a spot to mix up your favorite cocktails.

Around the corner, the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bath with jetted shower/tub. Next door, queen-size bedroom 4 has a similar aesthetic to the master suite, and pocket doors lead to an inviting seating area with a futon, red leather ottoman, and flat-screen TV.
