Our 5BR, 4.5BA Timber Ridge townhouse (sleeps 12) was completely renovated in spring 2013. Spread out with 3 floors for a total of 2,500 sq. ft. of living space. Grand Teton National Park and Village and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are minutes away.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Park in one of two reserved spaces directly in front of our home. Enter into a mudroom with space to store all of your gear regardless of the season, from shelves for helmets to hooks for jackets to dryers for boots. Remove your shoes here so you can enjoy the cool tile in the summer and heated floors in the winter.
To the left of the mudroom is a bunkroom that sleeps 4 in 3 twin beds and a twin trundle. Down the hall is a full bath, a sauna that comfortably seats 6-8, a fully equipped laundry (brand new full-size front loaders with room to hang delicates and space to fold) and a kids’ den with a Smart TV, X-Box and DVD player.
On the second level, which is the main living level, you’ll find the first of two master bedroom suites. This bedroom has a king-size bed, its own private bath (with double sinks, heated floor and a standing shower) and a walk-in closet.
An open concept living space incorporates the kitchen, dining room and living room to provide a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy meals and together time. The half bath is on this level off the hall.
The recently remodeled kitchen includes all new stainless appliances including a dishwasher and stove/oven, Caesarstone counters and custom cabinetry. The dining room seats 10 comfortably (with 2 extra chairs in case you want to squeeze 12), and there is space for 4 to sit at the kitchen island.
There’s seating for 8 to watch a movie or show or warm up in a cozy living room with impressive wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The living room also opens onto a spacious deck with the same breathtaking views, plus a gas grill and seating for 7 to be enjoyed in the warmer months.
The top floor of our home offers an additional master suite with a king-size bed and its own private bath with double vanities, heated floors and a tub/shower combination.
There are 2 additional bedrooms on this level that share a full bath off the hall (also with heated floors, a single vanity and a tub shower combination). These rooms each have twin beds that can be converted into kings upon your request (no charge). Each of these 3 bedrooms has their own flat-screen TV.
OUR LOCATION
There’s plenty to keep you entertained all vacation long right at home. By renting our home grants guests access to the nearby Sundance Tennis Club and all of its amenities, including tennis courts, heated pools and hot tubs.
During ski season, walk just 100 yards to the Moose Creek Lift, and ski in via the Way Home run. Less than a mile away is the entrance to the Grand Teton National Park, where you can hike over 200 miles of trails or cast a line on Snake River.
Take a break from outdoor adventure to visit Teton Base, just one mile away. Here, you can shop the boutiques or dig into price fixe meals at Colouir Restaurant or perfectly prepared steaks at Westbank Grill. Be sure to stop by Mangy Moose to pick up a bottle from their cellars to bring home.
