INSIDE THE HOUSE

From a driveway with parking for 1 to 2 cars, take a short set of steps into the property. A main entryway with an internal staircase leads to the front door of your rental, which has a digital lock with a unique code (no need to worry about keys!).

Upon entering, you’ll find a space full of natural light and with all the comforts of home.

Directly ahead, a dining area offers seating for 6 at an elegant dark wooden table. The 3rd bedroom is located to the right of this space and features a comfortable twin-size bed and wooden dresser.

Cooking is a pleasure in the open-concept kitchen - situated next to the dining area. Gleaming marble counter-tops offer plenty of prep space, while the Kitchen-Aid Pro stainless steel appliances include a 5-burner gas stove/oven and big double door refrigerator/freezer.

There’s a half bathroom tucked around the corner and staircase that leading you to a down to a sunny back deck – the perfect spot to grab a breath of fresh air after dinner.

Ready to kick back for the evening? To the left of the dining area, laze around on an L-shaped couch or overstuffed armchair in a light-filled living room with a 40” flat-screen TV to watch your show or movie.

The second floor will feature two additional sleeping quarters. At the top of the stairs, there is a second living space with a pull out sofa sleeper (full-size). Feel like a morning workout? Jump on the room’s treadmill bike for a quick workout before breakfast.

There’s also a stacked washer and dryer on this floor, so you can pack a little lighter!

Turn left off the stairs into the 2nd bedroom equipped with queen-size bed, a 5-drawer dresser, and closet offering ample space.

Other great spots would include farm-to-table cuisine at Central Provisions, poutine at Duckfat, and pizza at Otto's. Later, satisfy your sweet tooth with desserts and cocktails at Bar of Chocolate.

East End Beach is just a 5-minute drive away, and it’s less than 10 minutes to Back Cove - a great spot for admiring city skyline views while jogging or cycling around its 3.5-mile trail.

Local parks are walking distance, and harbor views await for those that take a stroll around Eastern Promenade. Ready to up the activity levels? Rent paddle boards and sea kayaks at nearby Portland Paddle, with guided trips and lessons available.
