INSIDE THE HOUSE

Both bedrooms are doubles, with a huge Cali King bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. The master also enjoys an en suite bathroom with double vanity and tiled walk in shower, and a second walk in shower and vanity are at your disposal in the guest bathroom.

Outside, find a patio overlooking the water, and access to two boat docks suitable for 90ft and 45ft vessels, so you can rent the boat of your dreams and tie it up next to the home.

With wraparound water views of Channel Island Harbor, you’re perfectly positioned to soak up the waterfront Santa Barbara vibe. If you’re after a relaxing break, it’s only a 10-minute walk to Mandalay Beach and Oxnard Beach Park, with plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way.

Prefer an active lifestyle? There are several water sports nearby, including water skiing, paddle boarding and deep sea fishing—all within a few minutes. And of course, with that private boat dock at your disposal, you can book a yacht and explore the Channel Islands further. The home also comes with kayaks, life-vests, and oars to use.
