You can enjoy beautiful lake views from the house and guest house with 9 TV’s (DirecTV included) and free WiFi. Enjoy a day in the infinity pool or enormous deck/patio space – all while listening to your favorite songs coming through 11 outdoor speakers. Maybe you’d rather be jumping off the swim platform into beautiful Beaver Lake? We also have 2 boat slips available for your use (bring-your-own-boat).

Just 15 miles from War Eagle, 19 miles from downtown Eureka Springs, 33 miles from the Wal-Mart home office, 39 miles from downtown Fayetteville, and 66 miles from Branson MO, this property is nestled on 165 scenic, gated acres with 4000 feet of lake frontage. The property is secluded at the end of a scenic dirt road through the forest. Approximately 4 miles of dirt road after leaving the pavement that cross two natural waterfalls and follows the lake shore for approximately 2 miles. During the winter months a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be required to get to the property. Both the house and guest house have fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms/showers - 1 shared laundry located in the guest house. A common area between the 2 offers an outdoor bar area, fire pit, outdoor TV and high-end audio system, infinity swimming pool, and a 3 tier deck with 5000+ SF of deck and flagstone patio space. A short walk down to the lake offers a 4 stall boat dock (2 available for your use) and a swim platform.

The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Queen, & 2 Queens) and 2 full baths, as well as a large living/dining/entertaining space with fully equipped kitchen.

The guest house has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, & 8 bunk) and 2 full baths, as well as living/dining/entertaining space with fully equipped kitchen.

There are boat ramps available at Rocky Branch Marina or Big Clifty, both just a short boat ride away. Bring your boat, your jet skis, your mountain bikes, and your hiking boots... there's plenty of room to play. No Hunting.

The pool will be closed and covered from October through the end of April every year. If it's unseasonably hot or cold those dates may change slightly.

3 night minimum stay is required.
