Please be aware that there are no window treatments in the living room which is on the Gulf side. This is because I have chosen not to obstruct the beautiful view. The windows have a slight dark tint. The master bedroom (Gulf side) has floor to ceiling curtains. NEW - Carpet has been replaced with wood look tile.
