Fantastic outdoor activities are just outside the front door - golf, hiking, biking, zip lining, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, skiing, and snowboarding just to name a few.

The home includes a private hot tub with mountain views, natural stone fireplaces, radiant heat floors, gourmet kitchen and appliances, wine cooler, crib, high chair, zero gravity loungers, and use of mountain bikes and/or snow shoes (seasonal). It has secure outside storage for your ski boots, skis, snowboards and/or golf clubs.

All the furnishing in the home were hand picked by the owners and purchased from local vendors, craftsmen and artists whenever possible to keep with the Vermont feel.

Upstairs you will find the great room, kitchen, dining area, half-bath and master suite. The vaulted ceiling and giant natural stone fireplace in the great room make it the perfect gathering place for families, or a romantic place to snuggle with a loved one. The radiant heat floors will keep your feet toasty in the winter! The balcony has stunning views of Mt. Mansfield and the golf course. Grab a lounger and enjoy a book and the views!

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and bar with seating, stainless appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range and oven, wine cooler, dishwasher, Keurig, and Breville toaster. The dining area will seat 8 comfortably.

The upstairs master suite has a king size bed with premium linens and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, luxurious robes, double vanity and private commode area. There is a fireplace with recessed flat screen tv and a private balcony. Plenty of closet space and drawers are available.

The entry level is where you will find a custom built mud-room for coat, boot and shoe storage, a half bath and garage access. There is a total of 2 parking spaces - garage and carport - and no on street parking is permitted.

Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with their own full bath, the family room and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

The first bedroom has 2 twin size beds each with a trundle bed under so this room can sleep 4. It has comfy L.L. Bean linens and a built in desk area. The private bath has a full tub and shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with premium linens. The private bath has a full size tub and shower and luxury robes for use.

The family room has a natural stone fireplace and a large flat screen TV with gaming system. The sectional sofa has a queen size pull out bed for additional sleeping space. There is a custom bar rail behind the sofa - a safe place to keep your drinks! The family room is also where you have access to the patio with heated stones for snow and ice melting and private hot tub.
