2 master bedrooms on the main floor with private baths and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a full bath. Ideal for two families of 5 that vacation together. The two master bedrooms have king size beds. One bedroom up has full-size bunk beds and a twin, the other bedroom up has 2 full beds. We are kid friendly and offer a pack-n-play and bed-rail for the twin bed. There are pillows, blankets, bedspreads and mattress pads on all beds. All rooms have TV, except for the room with Bunk Beds.

Back deck with rocking chairs which overlooks the marsh. We see lots of wildlife, multiple deer, and bobcats have been seen. This side of the island is very quiet, and less traffic/noise.

We are approximately 500 feet from Ocean Blvd West. To the Right is private beach access (has a few stairs) for Sea Gull Drive's residents/tenants with a short walk of 94 feet. To your Left, there is PUBLIC beach access, a short walk of 211 feet (1 step up and down). We do have a cart to help you carry a few of your chairs to the beach.
