Beautiful, open, completely renovated, 800 square foot lofted studio - sleeps 3
This two story studio condo lives much larger than a studio. The sleeping loft has one king bed and one single bed on opposite ends. The living area has 16 ft ceilings with large windows. This is my primary residence, and I rent it with all of the luxuries of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full spice rack, etc. The deck has a gas grill, and the odds are high that you will see a moose (or a few of them) in the backyard. The dining table seats 7 people comfortably, and the kitchen is spacious and updated.
The one disclaimer is that tenants will need to be comfortable with stairs. The loft has a very steep flight of stairs up to the sleeping area, as seen in the photos. There is also a flight of exterior stairs that comes up from the parking lot.
