Welcome to the Cozy Cottage in the Heart of the Adirondack Mountains! It's nice to go away and feel at home. The cottage features a knotty-pine living room with futon for additional sleeping and a 40" tv w/2 usb ports. The well-equipped kitchen contains a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, x-large toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, glassware, silverware, plates, pots, pans, utensils, blender, crock pot, etc. The bathroom has a shower unit (no bathtub). And, the separate bedroom contains a queen-size bed with plenty of storage to unpack your suitcases, put everything away, relax, head out and enjoy. For your convenience, there is a compact washing machine, although small, to clean your clothes.

When a reply is sent that the cottage is available, the website will automatically send you an email requesting payment of one-half of the total to be sent in advance to confirm the reservation. There will be a 48 hour hold on your requested dates to allow you time with complete details on your end. When the website sends a request for the one-half payment, you will notice a 'service fee' has been added to the quoted amount. This fee goes directly to the website. When I receive notice of your payment, I will send you an email to provide you with information regarding key retrieval, directions, etc.

Your well-behaved pet is welcome but you will be responsible for clean-up and damage due to your pet. Out of curtesy to others, please do not allow your pet on the couch or the bed. Also, please bring your pet's food/water bowl plus their bedding. There is a small back yard behind the cottage to walk your dog.

The cottage is reasonably priced and contains everything you need, other than your personal belongings and food/drink. There is a convenience store within walking distance which makes going out for forgotten or wanted items very easy without having to get back in the car & drive. There are several very good restaurants and shops either within walking distance or a short drive...and the scenery is beautiful.
