General terms and conditions:

Basically, the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry, if not specified divergent as
follows. By booking your accommodation, you agree to these regulations and our home rules.
Start and end of accommodation
On the day you arrive your room is available for you from 2.00 p.m. On the day you are due to depart
we ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. If you vacate your room later than 11.00 a.m. on the
day you are due to depart, we reserve us the right to charge an additional day.

Visitor’s tax:

The visitor’s tax of EUR 1.- per person and day, as per austrian law, will be added to the price of your
accommodation.

Smoking:

Please be aware, that we are a non-smoking house. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or on
the terrace. For smoking in the house we charge you a general cleaning fee of EUR 500.-.

Keys:

When leaving the Hotel please lock your room, as well as the entrance. Please leave your key at the
reception when you check-out. If you lose the key, EUR 800.- will be charged to you.
Liability for valuables

Cash and other valuables please keep locked in the safe in your hotel room, as the hotel management
is not liable for any stolen or lost valuables. The manual for the safe please find in your room.

Catering:

Included in our accommodation price, is breakfast buffet with high quality products from regional
agriculture, for the price of EUR 18.- which is included in the accommodation price. Due to the small
number of rooms in our house, we kindly ask you to inform us on the day before, when you would
like to have breakfast in the morning, so we can prepare everything freshly for you. Please inform us
about any requests regarding special diets.

It is not allowed to bring and consume your own food or drinks, for catering and drinks please contact
us. For consuming your own food or drinks we charge a fee of EUR 60.- and the costs for cleaning as
per necessity defined by us.

Children / additional beds (as a 3rd person)

In one of our Deluxe rooms we offer an additional bed for a 3rd person, for which we charge EUR 60.-
per day. As the interior of our house is not suitable for children, we only accommodate children of
an age between 1 and 10 years only on request and under certain circumstances.

Dogs and other pets

Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our house.

Parking

Our outside parking spaces are included in the hotel accommodation price.

Services offered

All services offered on our website, via E-Mail or Mail, are without obligation and subject to change
without notice.

Rooms and Junior Suite

Deviations in interior, size and direction are possible. Pictures, digital tours and designs are examples
and can vary in individual cases.

Means of Payment

You can pay via Maestro/EC-Card or Creditcard (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners Club, American
Express) or via Bitcoin (BTC).

Bank Details for advance payment

We inform you on request at your booking.

Sauna and natural lagoon

The use of our sauna and garden with natural lagoon is included in the price of your accommodation.
If you would like to use the sauna, please inform us 45 Minutes prior to that.

Cancellation Policy

0% refund if canceled at least in high Season, and 60 days before arrival date in Full and Normal Season.

Rescission – Cancellation fee

If you have to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 60 days prior to your arrival day in all seasons
despite the winter season (19th December until 31st March). Cancellations for accommodation during
winter season and less than 60 days prior to your arrival day in all seasons will incur a charge of 90%
of the total accommodation price. Cancellations are only accepted in written form. We recommend
you to take out travel insurance, e.g. at Europäische Reiseversicherung: Travel Insurance at
Europäische Reiseversicherung

Additionally to the above mentioned General Terms and Conditions, the following terms are
stipulated:

The Accommodation Agreement is only effectual with the acdceptance of your booking (§ 3 AGBH
2006). In case of Online bookings, this acceptance is only given with advance payment of the
complete booking amount via Creditcard or “Sofortüberweisung” Service for immediate
directbanking payment. For Creditcard payments in the Hotel, we charge a service fee of 5% (of the
total invoice amount), also if the Online Booking Provider does not charge any fee.

For bookings of the Villa or Rooms from 1 week accommodation time we request advance payment
of the total accommodation amount. Guaranteed booking is given from the time when the complete
amount has arrived on our bank account. With the indication of your Bankaccount Number or your
Creditcard number you allow us to charge you any expenses and fees related thereto (e.g. advance
payments, cancellation fees as per conditions, bank fees).

Transfers back to your account are conducted less charges and fees (e.g. bank or credit card fees).
We would like to explicitly state that in case of Online bookings or Accommodation Agreements
concluded by way of distance selling, i.e. via a means of telecommunication such as letter, catalogue
or on Internet order, a right of withdrawal within 14 days from conclusion does not exist, and only
our individual terms of rescission (as mentioned above) are valid. Our individual terms of rescission
replace the right of rescission as per the consumer guideline of the European Union.
Determined by the booking systems it might be possible, that a room can be booked online also if
a relocation of an accommodation into another room of the same category is necessary. Of course,
we would inform you immediately in this case and clarify everything with you.

Please examine your booking confirmation:
- date of arrival and departure
- quantity of persons
- room category booked

In the case that more persons than mentioned on the booking confirmation should arrive or in case
the age of the children should be mentioned erroneously we reserve us the right to adapt the price
for the accommodation (plus visitor’s tax), and to adapt the room category (upgrade or downgrade
with adaption of the price) if necessary.
Should this not be possible for any reason, your booking is considered as cancelled according to our
terms of rescission, which incurs a charge of 90% of the total booking price. Therefore, please
examine the details on your booking confirmation.

Dear Guests,

we would like to cordially welcome you in our Hotel Residenz Alexado and to make you
familiar with our house rules. We hope they will find your understanding.

1. During your stay in our hotel we kindly ask you to use water and electricity in a
responsible manner to safe our environment.
2. Consuming food and beverage brought by you is not allowed in the hotel rooms.
Please feel free to place your food and beverage orders in our restaurant.
3. We offer power supply with 220 V.
4. Visitors, may they be of private or business nature, can be welcomed in the social
rooms on the ground floor, our chimney lounge or in the dining room, but not in
your hotel room.
5. Smoking and open fire is not allowed in the hotel. Please feel free to use the terrace.
6. We kindly request you to inform our personnel immediately about any complaints
regarding your hotel room.
7. We need to inform you, that damages caused by you, or theft of hotel property will
be charged to you.
8. The Meals are served in the dining room:
* Breakfast buffet from 07.00 until 10.00 a.m. / * Dinner from 18.00 until 19.00 p.m.
If you would like to order a meal or you require certain diets, please inform us about
your wishes at least 1 hour before your planned meal time at the reception.
9. Cash and other valuables please keep locked in the safe in your hotel room, as the
hotel management is not liable for any stolen or lost valuables. The manual for the
safe please find in your room.
10. Please consider silence and recovery for the other hotel guests and therefore respect
silence after 22.00 p.m.
11. Please take the time to read the fire prevention advice which you can find on each
floor, and follow the instructions in case of emergency.
12. On the day of departure, we kindly request you to leave your room until 10.00 a.m.
latest. If you leave after 11.00 a.m., an additional day will be charged to you.
13. When leaving the Hotel please lock your room, as well as the entrance. Please leave
your key at the reception when you check-out. If you lose the key, Euro 800.- will be
charged to you.
14. We reserve the right to cancel the accommodation contract and refuse any service to
guests not respecting our house rules, especially if the guests behaviour causes harm
to other guests or damage to our hotel.
15. For credit card payments a service fee of 5% is charged.
