I thought this was a very good option for a small family staying in Vegas. There were many kid activities throughout the day and night at the resort. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom was affordable compared to getting 2 rooms at a casino resort. The rooms were quiet at night, so people could sleep. The resort was a little isolated. A little far to walk to anywhere besides the Hard Rock resort or Planet Hollywood resort. The resort offers a shuttle to Harrahs, but during peak times the shuttles may be completely full and you might have to wait for the next one. For the units we were in the AC in the living area worked very well, but the AC in the bedrooms did not seem to work that well. Plates, etc. in the kitchen were minimal. They were enough for us, but if you were doing a lot more cooking in the units, you might find them inadequate. One complaint was communication with the owner. Responses were slow, sometimes vague and did not always respond to the questions I raised. Took much longer to book than I have experienced with other VRBOs.

Jim provided me information on what and when I will need for check-in. We had a good time at this property. It is a non-smoking place and quiet. The complimentary shuttle from Wyndham to Harrah's is very nice. The drivers were friendly and the location is a convenience for us. The buses were clean. We did not have a car and used Lyft. Very convenience, quick, and we do not have to deal with Las Vegas traffic. Wyndham Grand Desert tried very hard to get us to go on a tour of the resort so that we may be interested in buying into the property. We weren't interested and did not attend. This occurred when we went to pick up the Wydham folder but after we received the keys. Overall, a wonderful stay!
