This upgraded ocean front one bedroom one bath condo has the best unobstructed 180-degree views of Monterey Bay from Santa Cruz to Monterey that Pajaro Dunes has to offer.

The bathroom has been fully remodeled, featuring a tile walk in shower with modern fixtures and granite counter top.
Come ready to relax and enjoy this fully furnished condo, including linens, towels, washer & dryer, everything you need in the kitchen and an outdoor propane BBQ. Sleep on our new king size bed and enjoy the 42-inch HD flat screen TV in the bedroom that includes Netflix. Or our SMART 55 inch HD flat screen with Netflix in the living room. We have expanded Charter HD cable with the sports package. A Bose AM-FM radio CD player is provided for your enjoyment. The living room has a comfortable queen size Murphy wall bed. The condo comes with it's own high speed Internet connection that will provide constant access to the Internet via your laptop, iPhone or tablet. Landline telephone with free long distance domestic calling. Cell phone coverage is not good at Pajaro Dunes so feel free to use the landline for your calls. There is no charge for calls within the US.

This condo is in the desirable gated Shorebirds complex with twenty-four hour security. Unlike the two bedroom units you will enjoy complete privacy from the living room and bedroom as the windows face the ocean and not other nearby units.

Shorebirds is located along Sunset State Beach where you will have access to miles of sandy beach. After walking on the beach, swimming or surfing in the ocean you can rinse off in the outdoor shower on the first floor.

In the evening you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the privacy of your living room, bedroom or, deck. Or you can walk out onto the beach where you will find fire pits for bonfires. Hiking trails and walking paths around the lagoon.

You have full access to the Shorebirds homeowner’s association tennis and basketball courts. There is an onsite store open seven days a week.

You can enjoy fine dinning in Monterey, Carmel or Pebble Beach. Or you can travel a shorter distance north to Santa Cruz and other nearby towns for shopping, dinning or sightseeing. World class golf courses open to the public are on the Monterey Peninsula, Pebble Beach and Santa Cruz. When in season you can visit the Santa Cruz boardwalk.

Pajaro Dunes has a no smoking policy. The condo is a non smoking condo. There are some areas where smoking is allowed near the parking lot.

Pajaro Dunes 'SHOREBIRDS' is a private gated community with hiking trails, bike paths and walking paths around a lagoon. Located about half way between Monterey and Santa Cruz. You are only minutes from fine dinning, world class golf, sightseeing, shopping and hiking. The famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk to the north is about twenty minutes away. The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach 17 mile drive and Carmel are to the south about thirty minutes away. You will find fine dinning in the surrounding areas of Santa Cruz, the Monterey Peninsula, Carmel and Pebble Beach. World class golf courses are only short drive.
