Please note that Villa Baleares has an AUXILIARY POWER GENERATOR ( SAN JUAN DEL SUR HAS A LOT OF LONG ELECTRIC OUTAGES, THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW HOMES THAT HAS A POWER GENERATOR THAT MIGHT SAVE YOUR VACATION IF THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY IN TOWN).

It is a three level / two-story home of approximately 6,500 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms plus 2 half bathrooms and sleeps 12. It has two open entertainment areas (living and open terrace) and an additional underground living and party room downstairs with views to the pool through underwater windows and direct access to the garden.
