Security Deposit will be refunded up to 48 hours after checkout and home inspection is complete.

Cleaning deposit - Your cleaning deposit ensures that you will enter a clean and tidy home ready for you to enjoy, please do not mistake this for permission to leave the home is disarray when leaving. Cleaning is calculated for a crew to clean for a max of 2 hours, if the home requires an excessive time to bring it back to when you checked in, you will be charged a rate of $50/hour with a minimum of half hour fee.

Garbage - Two garbage cans are provided for your waste, please keep in mind that all garbage should fit into these cans WITH LIDS ON, any garbage sacks that are found outside the cans will incur a fee of $5/sack which is what we would be charged from the garbage company.

Both cleaning and garbage fees that are in excess of the allotted amounts will be deducted from your security deposit.
