If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation with your family and friends, then Holden Beach is the place for you. It's an oasis away from the frenzy of the real world.

This two-story, single-family home sleeps 6-10 people. Rent as a 3 bedroom/2 bath, or upgrade to a 5-bedroom rental with addition of 2 bedrooms/1 bath downstairs. Ask about multi-week or monthly rentals.

Enjoy morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening cocktails on covered decks in the front and back, as well as a sun deck with morning and afternoon sun. The decks are gated and the yard is fully fenced.

The house was recently updated with new paint, decor, furniture and bed covers.

Please note:

- We do not rent to student groups, and renters must be 25 or older.

- Smoking and pets are not allowed.

- You will need to supply your own bed sheets/pillowcases and bath/beach towels, plus food, paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) and light cleaning supplies (soap, dish/laundry detergent).

- Before your reservation can be confirmed, we require a completed guest information sheet that contains your contact information and names of your guests, plus a copy of a valid ID.

Located on the North Carolina coast about 40 minutes south of Wilmington and 30 minutes north of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Holden Beach is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the south and the Intracoastal waterway to the north, offering a variety of spectacular scenery.

At Holden Beach, you'll find a selection of restaurants, mini-golf, shopping and a waterslide. You can take easy day trips to Wilmington, Southport/Bald Head Island and Myrtle Beach, plus the other Brunswick County beach communities like Oak Island, Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach and Calabash.
