This home will be a great headquarters for your Black Hills vacation. It features two small bedrooms with queen beds, and a comfortable couch for a fifth person to sleep on. The kitchen has all you will need for basic meals.

Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the covered front porch, and eat your meals on the porch or the side patio. Watch the many varieties of bees pollinate the xeriscaped front yard, and be sure to harvest some of the sage and thyme growing there for your meals. Lettuce, chard, kale and cilantro are currently harvestable in the greenhouse, and we are happy to cut a bag for you if you are interested.

Inside, the house is comfortable. It has a new furnace that keeps the winter at bay and central air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer. The bathroom includes a bath/shower and a clothes washer and dryer.

The attached garage will fit one car and several bicycles, or several motorcycles if that’s your ride. You will appreciate it in the summer when afternoon thunderstorms can roll in, sometimes with hail.
