The brand new Antler Lodge offers plenty of space for larger gatherings at its finest. It is a lakefront, 3 story, 3200 sq ft home with 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, loft and sun room.

This brand new home has abundant amenities. Sit back in one of the home's 4 separate seating areas to watch TV or relax.

The first floor game room offers a 46" HiDef Smart TV with a Bu-ray player, XBOX 360, an 8' Pool Table/Ping Pong Table, a cozy seating area with Stone Gas Fire Place and a bar area with full size refrigerator and Keurig Coffee Maker. The first floor Mudroom entry boasts an 8' built in bench with 18 overhead double hooks for all outerwear. It also has a ski rack with storage for 8 sets of skis and ample room for more skis and snowboards. The first floor also has a bedroom with a King size bed and 1 full bathroom. Step out onto the covered patio with seating from the first floor. Fire pit surrounded by 10 Adirondack chairs. Walk right out to the Lake.

The second floor great room has a seating area with a 50" HiDef Smart TV with a Blu-ray player, and gas stone fireplace. Slider which leads to 42' deck with 2 outdoor tables and chairs, Weber Grill, 2 large coolers on deck for extra Beverage storage.

Also located on the second floor is the modern kitchen, which was designed for cooking for large groups. Beautiful granite counter tops provide plenty of room for food prep and offer an 8' island with seating for 6 and table with seating for 12 (comfortably). The kitchen is equipped with a 25 cu ft french door refrigerator, a ceramic cook top range, an over-the range microwave, and a dishwasher (all stainless steel). It is fully stocked with cookware, bake ware, dinnerware, and all of the basic food prep necessities. Off of the eating area is a sun room which has a table with seating for six and a sofa bed with a 32" TV. This room has pocket doors so that if it needs to be used as additional sleeping space you can close the doors for privacy.

Also located on the second floor is a Master Suite with private full bath and a Junior Suite with a Jack & Jill full bathroom which has access from main living area as well as the bedroom.

The third floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with double sink plus a 10 x 14 loft with fireplace and 50" HiDef Smart TV
