This 4 bedroom house is tucked away on a quiet dead end street. The additional lot next door is great for kids to play in or pets to roam on. The inside of the house was recently repainted and several updates were made. The main level has 2 large bedrooms both of which have their own bathrooms. The bedrooms each have a queens size bed and dresser with a large closet. The large living room has a brand new 55'' flat screen tv situated just above the gas log fireplace. The new sectional couch is large enough to accommodate 6-8 people comfortably. Also in the living room is a patio door leading onto the back deck. Half of the back deck is covered for those occasional rainy days. In the kitchen is a full sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, a full size electric stove, and lots of cabinet space. The cabinets are furnished with the basics you will need for cooking. If you have a specific pan you will need for your cooking project I do recommend you bring one with you as we can not anticipate what everyone might be cooking. Hard plates, utensils, glassware, and paper towels are provided. You will need to bring your own paper plates and food storage containers. The kitchen table will is built to seat 6 with additional chairs stored in the garage for a larger group. Fold out tables are available by request.

Located on the lower lever is a huge carpeted area perfect for playing games. There is also a huge couch with a large big screen tv. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are furnished with brand new queen sized mattresses and both have large closets. The half bath is located downstairs also. The basement has 2 patio doors that lead to the outdoor concrete patio.

Located on the lower end of the lot is a fire pit for your enjoyment.

This house will comfortably sleep 8 people. All the furniture is new and the house has been cleaned and repainted throughout.

FAQs:

No more than 2 pets are allowed. There is a $50 fee for each pet. NO MORE THAN 25LBS EACH.

 There is room for 2-3 cars in the driveway. There is plenty of room for over flow parking, just let me know and I’ll show you where it is.

 Free wifi is provided

 ALL your linens are provided. I always recommend bringing your pillow for your comfort.

 The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils for your general cooking needs.

 There is a full size fridge and freezer in the kitchen.

 The neighborhood is located on a dead end street and is usually very quiet.

 Our neighbors’ kids play in the street so please drive with caution.

 The grill is propane and the propane is provided. Bring a lighter as ours tend to walk off.

 The outdoor grill is not cleaned by the cleaning staff, please clean up after yourself. Also, please excuse the last guest for not listening to the first part of this statement.

 The water is gently sloping and you can swim from the shore.

 The bottom of the lake is rocky and semi-muddy. I recommend wearing lake shoes.

 You can fish from the shoreline. KY fish and game laws apply.

 You can use my covered dock at the end of the street.

Everyone is welcome to come to the end of the street and use my lot on the point. I do ask that you respect our privacy.

 I have 3 yellow Labradors (dogs). They will bark and are MOSTLY friendly. Like humans they do have bad days. Daisy is getting old and likes to be rubbed but very gently as she has bad hips and gets crabby if you push, pull, ride, hug, pick up, or lay on her. Lilly barks a lot, ignore her and she will ignore you; she is scared of strangers and the more you call or whistle at her the more she will bark. Ivy is young and loves everyone especially kids. NONE of the 3 are allowed to leave my property. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take them on the boat with you without letting me know. If you tell them NO and mean it they will listen to you.

The pontoons we have available for rent : 2001 monsoon 24’ pontoon with an Mercury 60hp 4 stroke engine and a 2003 Crest also with a 60hp 4 stroke Mercury. These are shared between all of our rental houses and I do recommend you reserve in advance. Both rent for $200 cash or $225 with credit card (daily) including one tank of fuel per day. Additional fuel can be purchased at lake barkley marina. We do have 2 tubes for rent for $25 cash or $30 with credit card (daily). The pontoon is always docked at our COVERED dock. Once I have given you safety instructions you are allowed to use the boat from sunrise to sunset. !!!NO night use!!! If you are out after dark I will assume you are missing and emergence personnel will be notified. No charge for rain outs. We do not offer half day rentals.

 I always recommend you bring your food with you. Our grocery stores are no comparison to the stores most are used to in the city.

Very nice. Wi-Fi didn’t work, first night had a lot of Japanese lady bugs, took care of it with vacuum. Never came back.
