About the property:

84 acres open for you to explore. For views of 5 mountain ranges, walk the 2 mile gradual logging road to the top of the ridge or bushwhack straight up. Or just lounge on the huge deck and take in the amazing scenery right from the house. Perfect sized yard for young kids to play in under the watchful eyes of their parents or let the older ones roam the woods a bit. This land is a hot spot for deer, elk and moose.

House layout:

The master bedroom sleeps up to five. There is a king bed, futon in the sitting area and twin mattress in the loft (no railing). The master bathroom has his and her sinks, a separate tile shower and claw foot tub. Bedroom 1 sleeps up to 3. It has a bunk bed with a twin mattress on top and full mattress on the bottom. Bedroom 2 sleeps up to three as well with a queen bed and twin mattress in the loft. There is a full guest bath upstairs and a 3/4 bath (shower, no tub) downstairs. Custom timbers frame the open dining, kitchen and living room. There is a den with satellite TV located in the loft. Overflow sleeping of two or three can be accommodated on the two couches. Free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the house.

About the area:

The home is centrally located between Bozeman and Livingston. You can take the scenic Jackson Creek Rd north and be in the Bridger mountains in 20 minutes. We encourage you to head east for about 20 minutes and check out Livingston for that frontier feel. Don't forget the Yellowstone River and it's world class fishing are right there. Then head south to Chico hot springs (45 minutes) and Yellowstone National Park (1.5 hours). Or head west to Bozeman (20 minutes) and all the amenities of a big town with small town courtesy and quaintness.
