Also on the upper level is a large master bedroom with king size bed, gas fireplace, and master on-suite with slate shower and soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds, and a full bathroom.

The first floor level contains one bedroom with a queen size bed and trundle consisting of two twin size beds, an additional living room with work station and tv, game room with pool table, half bath, and a garage with space for one car.

Plenty of parking is available in the driveway with space for 5 cars.

Relax on the fabulous 43'X10' deck and grill some steaks while overlooking the fenced in yard, and enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean. The house is conveniently located between Camp Ellis and Old Orchard Beach. A short walk down the beach is access to Ferry Beach State Park with miles of wooded nature trails.
