After your reservation is finalized, you will be receiving a Short Term Rental Agreement to sign. In the meantime, please familiarize yourself with these policies and information.

The cancelation policy: you can cancel 60 days or more before the start of your reservation for a 100% refund. If you cancel between 30-60 days, you will forfeit your initial payment. The balance of payment is due 30 days before check in, and cancellations within this period will result in full forfeiture of weekly rental amount.

Check in time is at 3:00PM EST. Check out time is at 10:00AM EST. The damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check out, provided there is no damage to the property.

No pets allowed, and no smoking is allowed. No campfires are allowed on property grounds.

Occupancy is limited to 12 people staying at the house. The primary renter who signs this agreement must reside at the house for each night that the other guests are staying over. There must be one guardian for every four guests under the age of 25.

Some basic supplies will be on hand when you arrive – a roll or two of paper towels in the kitchen, hand soap and a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom. Please supply your own paper goods and supplies when those run out.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. There are pots, pans, and cooking utensils on hand. Lunch plates, dinner plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and cutlery are supplied (about 12 of each). Coffee filters are supplied; please bring your own coffee.

Linens for each bed will be supplied – there are three queen beds and four twin beds. There will be 12 bath towels. The laundry room is available if you need to refresh your towels during your stay, and there will be some detergent on hand.

Please be mindful that there is a tight turnaround for cleaning between when you check out and the next guests check in, and do what you can to leave the place tidy, so the cleaners can do that.
