damage deposit is made by a separate cheque on arrival & returned to the renter on the condition that there is no damage and the cottage is left as clean as it was found. For stays longer than two weeks - a larger damage deposit will be negotiated.
The first payment can be made by etranfer or by mail --- the reservation is confirmed once the first 50% of the rental has been received.
Travels pay half upon reservation and half when they arrive by cheque or etransfer
