The annex (cottage), located near the pool, with 2 single sofa beds, kitchenette and shower room, can be used as a second lounge or twin bedroom (suite). The huge open living room with kitchen, lounge and dining area and the large basement/games room impress everyone. Motion sensors on hand basin taps and cistern in one of the shower rooms are another special feature of this villa. Living room and main bedrooms have air-conditioning in ceiling (for cooling and heating) except for the basement and annex. All bathrooms have two hand basins. The swimming pool (11m x 5m), located at the rear of the property, between villa and annex, is surrounded by terraces with shower and brick built barbecue.
