**Just to Clarify, This single family house has 3 levels. You are booked only to access 2 levels of this single family house that is pictured in the listing. You can access Only TWO TOP LEVELS of the house. Those two top levels are your own private accommodation to use anytime and anyway.

Sometimes, there are people who live in the first level ( basement).
Please consider that you have committed to never bother the guests who live in the first level of the house ( Basement). Please keep the Basement entrance door always closed and locked. The basement Entrance door which is white and located on the main level of house must never be opened by you or any of your family members. You are have a commitment to be respectful of those who live in the basement. In case there is an emergency need to use the basement, please contact the owner immediately, Call shari's cell :301-370-5212 or Her husband's Cell No: 301370-5442 or Rashid's No : 240-506-9282 to get permission, explain the situation and help.

* Please Keep the lights OFF during the day light and anytime that you LEAVE the House. If the electric cost is higher than what is expected, we apologize that you are responsible for the extra cost!!!

**Avoid trashing food particles in the kitchen sink hole. If you do so, it causes damage to sewer system and sun-pump. The result will be dirty water backs up on the bathroom and all over the place.

***Using Washer and dryer are limited to ONLY ONCE a week.

****Before leaving our place, you are responsible to clean the kitchen and check everything is same as it was in the first day of your arrival. We refund security deposit within 48 hours of checkout in a condition that you have kept our place NEAT & CLEAN as it was at first. Please consider No damage to the amenities, No missing item EVEN at the back yard, No touching or opening of cages at the back yard. Otherwise we apologize for refunding the deposit.there will be Extra charge for damages with proof.

NOTE: It is our courtesy to let you know that there is a security camera installed in the property just for security reason.

we suggest to bring your own great grip shoes or boots to use in case of severe weather Condition ( Rain or snow in Winter). Weather is not predictable in Maryland so it is better to be prepared in every season!!

In case of Need, Car Rental( negotiate), Bicycle Rental, Kids Car Seat Rentals are Available. Feel free to coordinate a few days ahead of your arrival, so we can get prepared to your comfort.
