Quiet East Nashville neighborhood, this sweet space is convenient to main roads, making it easy to navigate the city. This charming yet large 2 story Tudor home is a cozy spot with 2 full kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra Powder/Dressing room upstairs for getting ready for those nights out on the town, 2 living rooms, and lots of light. Can sleep up to 12 guests! Great for large groups, still everyone can have their own privacy.

Guests have access to the entire driveway which can park approx. 6 cars. We have a car port that can cover 2 cars.

Guest arrival:

Guests will have keyless entry access to the entire house. You can arrive any time after 4pm, no need to coordinate key exchange time. No pressure. Check out is 11am. We can only accommodate an earlier check-in time or later check-out time as long as another group is NOT booked the night prior to your stay or checking in the day you are checking out. We need ample time to properly clean and turn over our large property.

Interaction with guests:

We do not live at this house at the moment so you will have total privacy but we are very quick to respond via text should you need anything.

The neighborhood:

Very quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to the main roads that lead to Downtown, 5 Points in East Nashville, and the Grand Ole Opry.

Getting around:

You could get by with taking an Uber/Lyft to places close to Downtown, however, if you'd like the freedom of exploring all of Nashville and it's surrounding attractions, renting a car is recommended.
