Edelweiss takes its name from the lovely delicate white mountain flower , edelweiss also the national flower of Austria-- Here in Gatlinburg at Edelweiss Chalet you will find this same peaceful beauty in your own private Austrian/Swiss chalet. Edelweiss has a peaceful, private setting high over Gatlinburg, filled with lovely authentic Swiss decor. This 'Little Piece of Switzerland' in the Smokies, former home of Swiss Ski Manager of OberGatlinburg for 20 years -is still full of wonderful authentic memorabilia from Switzerland. Park your car in carport under the Swiss Only Parking sign and settle in for your own visit to a lil piece of Switzerland waiting just inside our front door.

Two levels of private decks open to each bedroom and game room with pool table. Views of mountains and Mt LeConte, with gondola gliding by from Gatlinburg up Ski Mountain from all bedrooms and the living area.
