Follow the stone pathway from the driveway to the front door of the house. Upon entering you are in the bright sun room filled with countless windows. A great place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Get comfy on the big couch and catch up on your reading or watch TV on the 32” flat screen TV or watch a DVD on the DVD player. There is a vast selection of DVDs to choose from. Children's movies, romantic comedies and action thrillers to name a few.

To the right of the sun room is a spacious, step down bedroom featuring a cathedral ceiling, bay window, double bed, bunk bed with 2 twin beds, armoire and an en suite full bathroom with shower. Perfect spot for visiting grandparents or a second family.

Going back through the sun room you enter the bright, fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and electric stove/oven. All the necessary tools needed to prepare meals are provided such as toaster, can opener, coffee maker, electric griddle, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils. The skylight, exposed brick fireplace, wide plank hardwood floors and counter table with two stools complete this inviting space. Meandering out through the back door of the kitchen gives you easy access and convenience to the large 20 x 20 Azek deck and private, fenced in oasis. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the pretty garden and lush lawn. Two patio tables with seating for 10 plus a market umbrella enhance this great entertaining space. A Weber gas grill is located right off the deck on the grilling station. An extra propane tank (just in case is) behind the shed. The grill is all set and ready to be fired up for a barbecue with your family and friends!

Partaking of the fabulous, expansive outdoor shower is another must during your vacation. The shower itself hosts a rain shower head with hot and cold water, a large changing area complete with a bench for sitting and hooks for hanging your clothes. There's nothing like taking a shower outdoors - being able to look up into the blue sky and feel the soft sea breeze. Outside the shower is a clothes line with clothes pins for hanging up your wet bathing suits and beach towels from your day at the beach. Next to the clothes line is a shed which guests are welcome to enter and feel free to use the 7 beach chairs housed inside, the bucket of children's beach toys, beach umbrella, cooler on wheels and the Radio Flyer wagon to transport everything to the beach.

On the other side of the deck is a chiminea waiting for you to light up on those cool summer nights. Roast marshmallows, make s'mores or simply relax by the fire and chat. Pinion wood for the chiminea is available in the shed. Your private, fenced-in oasis has 2 gated entrances. The entrance located on the side of the house features a foot shower. Perfect spot for washing off those sandy feet from the beach.

Entering back into the house through the kitchen door there is a full bath off the hallway with a tub/shower combo. Off the hallway an arched entrance leads you into the open concept dining/living room complete with recessed lighting. The dining table seats 6 plus a deacon's bench is available for more seating options. A wooden high chair is also available upon request. The fireplace is the heart of the room plus the 50" Smart HD TV. Gather around the big coffee table and lounge on the love seat, sofa or arm chair to watch TV or play games. While sitting at the dining room table you will still be able to watch TV and join in on all the conversation and activity in the room.

At the end of the hallway are two more bedrooms. The nautical bedroom is in the back of the house and has 2 extra long twin beds, tall bureau, mirror, bedside table, double closet and ceiling fan. Its red, white and blue motif will bring out the seafarer in you.

The airy, queen bedroom in the front of the house rounds out your lodging choices. The sea glass walls, white curtains and bedding is comforting. The queen bed, antique bureau, large oval mirror and double closet are highlights of this bedroom. This room also houses a linen closet where the extra towels and blankets are stored for your stay plus ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan.

All the bedrooms include 2 luggage racks for your convenience. This rental includes linens and bath towels. All the beds will be freshly made up with clean sheets upon your arrival. The entire house has central air conditioning. Enjoy the ease and comfort of every room being cool without noisy window or wall units. The laundry facilities are located in the basement. The door to the basement is right next to the queen bedroom. A washer, dryer and a table complement this laundry space.
