Opposite the living area, the dining area offers an expandable table that seats 6, next to a slider overlooking the deck and expansive yard. There is a ceiling fan over the dining table, as well as an air conditioning unit in the living area. Prepare meals in the spotless kitchen, well-appointed with newer appliances, or enjoy outdoor dining on the deck with a meal prepared on the Weber gas grill. There is ample placeware, glassware, and silverware as well as pots and pans for the vacationing chef.

The two large bedrooms each have their own full baths, and new mattresses throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom includes two twins and one double (full). Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning units, as well as generous storage space. The washer and dryer are located off the main hallway.

Start your day with coffee in the gazebo, and end it with cocktails on the patio. Escape from the midday sun in the shade of mature maple trees in the yard.
