This log home is situated on nearly five and a half acres, surrounded by mountains and national forest, yet located only two and a half miles from Breckenridge. Although it takes just five minutes to reach down town, nestled in your mountain cabin, it's so private and relaxing. Surrounded by historical mining ruins make the location even more interesting and nostalgic. Remember, this is how Breckenridge began over 150 years ago!
Built with hand crafted and peeled chinked logs from Canada. It's furnished with log furniture throughout, with a comforting wood burning stove in the center of the main floor to offer all the character and comfort imaginable in a mountain home. From any window you'll experience a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains.
Kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to prepare any size meal.
Movie collection and family games can be found in living room
Large 8 person hot tub, very private with more mountain views

Easy access ground floor ski entrance with cabinets and racks for your equipment. Maps of Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge line the walls to make it easy to plan your day.

We loved the house and found it to be perfectly suited for sharing with another family - the kids loved the fuseball and pool tables while the adults loved the open floor plan. Especially appreciated having some spices, tupperware, laundry detergent there when we arrived -- it just makes it feel more welcoming. Easy drive to mountain and town and the view cannot be beat for sunrise and sunset!

Absolutely gorgeous house just a short drive to the slopes. I loved the secluded feel and the views. Peaceful! Kids loved it. One critique...the hot tub was basically broken the whole trip
