It’s an old shingled house (from 1908) but looks brand new inside. It’s 3 bed, 2 bath and has sleeping nook (single bed). Two bedrooms have a queen bed and third bedroom has two singles. All bedrooms are upstairs with a renovated bathroom. Downstairs, is a large living room, a dining room, large eat-kitchen as well as TV room/den, bathroom and screened in porch. Lovely deck with a table for 10 plus barbeque is found in the back yard. We have travel cots, lots of bikes (including 1 with kids seats on front and back, and another with a trailer that works for young kids. It's a 3 minute walk to main street where you will find lovely shops and basics like the grocery store. A 15 minute walk to the marina and ferry over to HoHum beach (an amazing private beach on Fire Island which you get to by ferry (for residents and guests only).

Includes: towels (bath and beach), bed linens. Kitchen has toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker.
