This home comes with a inground pool to enjoy during the summer months and a 6 person hot tub to enjoy during the other months. Image sitting in the hot tub during a snow storm! Or sitting by the pool all summer long. Our home is exclusively yours to enjoy with your friends and family. This home comes with maid service, if you would like every 5 th day a maid will come in and clean, so you can enjoy this property. This 2 bedroom , 2 bath sleeps 8! With approximately 1800 sq feet of living space, So everyone is welcome to come.
About the town:
Enjoy the use of the Bellport Library, ferry to the private Bellport beach on Fire Island (10 minutes)! Pick up some lobsters or go for a bike ride or walk down to the bay (five minutes.) Great playgrounds and walking around town, with a health food store, antique shops, and outdoor movies and concerts most weekends. There is a great farmer's market, golf at the country club.
Avoid the traffic and trample of the East End, Bellport is 75 minutes from NYC. Folks in the know call it the "UN Hampton"

One master bedroom w/ view and sliding door accessing pool and patio? A queen size bed in one room with a bonus room with a extra full bed set up as a day bed , for extra sleeping space.
One bedroom w/ view of front gardens one queen bunk bed with a twin on top. Perfect for a visiting family or children.
Living Room:
Open gathering space. Perfect gathering place to relax and spend time with the family.
Lower level:
Full living area with washer and dryer, sitting area to read or relax.

Guest / Beach Access:
Enjoy the backyard and the swimming pool or hot tub (private and not shared with other houses), which are enclosed with a fence and landscaped for your privacy and safety.
Also a short walk to Great South Bay at Mother's beach and a short drive to ferries to Fire island (Pines, Davis park,Cherry Grove, Bayshore).
Access to Smith Point beach which is dog and family friendly, close by car.
Access to the private 7 minute ferry that takes only Bellport residents to the pristine private beach at Ho Hum beach (for minimum 1 month renters, via an access fee + ticket during summer season).

The Neighborhood:
Bellport Village is nestled on Long Island's Great South Bay. Friendly, safe and quiet village life. Perfect for relaxing vacation or weekend beach retreat. Restaurants, ice cream stand, galleries, summer theater, outdoor concerts at the dock, sailing, swimming, ferry to ocean beach, and more.
Getting around:
Bellport's proximity to New York City (1 hr by car; 2 hrs by LIRR train) makes it convenient to the city. The village downtown is easily walkable and bike friendly.
Patchogue is very close and has very frequent train service. Taxis from Patchogue to the house are $11.
Other Things to Note:
We recently purchased the home, as such we have yet to receive reviews, but are excited to have you as our guest! The house is completely and newly furnished, decorated, and renovated.

This was our second stay at this home, and we enjoyed it even more than last time (if that's possible!). The location was incredibly convenient for my elderly aunt and uncle, who were visiting from Europe and don't drive any longer. They felt completely at home, and could easily walk to the village and my parents' home. Christopher was incredibly helpful in answering some questions I had, and check-in was very flexible. My brother and I are already hoping to plan a summer 2019 visit so we can all see my parents again (and enjoy the gorgeous new pool!). Thank you again for hosting us and giving us this opportunity to visit my parents while not overwhelming them.

We enjoyed staying in this very clean house in Bellport. The pool, hot tub, and grounds are well maintained with only a few minor issues. There is actually a third bedroom in the basement which was a bonus. Chris answered our queries very quickly before our trip and Theresa had a plumber come out right away to fix a non-functioning toilet in the main bath. Bellport is a very quaint town and is easily accessible by car, bikes, or even walking. We would highly recommend two restaurants in town: *Avinos-Italian *Porters on the Lane-Eclectic American Overall, our trip was very pleasant and we would recommend this home and the owners.

Perfect stay for family attending a 90th Birthday Celebration! Easy transition to get key and open house for supplies. Very clean and comfortable for all! Hot tub was divine! Thanks for your hospitality! Highly recommended!

We stayed here with our daughters and my father. The home was so clean and well-maintained. The backyard was great with several areas to sit together. We were able to use the pool (in October!) and the hot tub. We also enjoyed grilling on the back patio. You can walk into town where there are some cute restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and a very nice getaway from the city. We would definitely recommend staying here!
