We provide 4 complimentary beach tags to use throughout your stay. Our unit was recently renovated with new: WIFI internet access, kitchen, living room furniture, flooring, 3 LCD flat screens, etc.
This location is great for everyone! Our street (Plymouth Place) is between 7th and 8th streets. We are centrally located in the middle of everything: ocean, boardwalk, amusements, bike rentals, water park, music pier, Hobby Horse Ice Cream, and Manco and Manco. We are also 3 blocks from downtown Asbury Avenue shopping district. Asbury Avenue is 8 blocks long filled with clothing stores, restaurants, bakeries, gift shops, toy stores, kids crafts, etc. Everything is within walking distance from our complex.
The rooms have 9 ft ceilings, are bright and airy and have wonderful cross-breezes. This spacious 2 bedroom condo offers a great view of the pool from our large private balcony. Our balcony has a table with chairs for outside dining as well as a chaise lounge. Our in-ground pool is conveniently located on the first floor. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs along with umbrellas and tables for dining.
We provide you with: one assigned parking space, covered parking garage, elevator/staircase, 2 bike racks and 2 coin-operated washers and dryers (located at the end of our floor). We also leave a generous supply of cleaning products, trash bags, coolers, child's life jackets, radio, etc. for our tenants use.
Pool is open weekends only - Memorial day - June 4th. June 4th thru September 11th, 2017 pool is open everyday. Hours of pool are: 11:00 a.m. - 7 p.m. everyday. All rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday. Saturday check-in 2:00 p.m and Saturday check-out 10:00 a.m. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. We will send you a contract out in the mail.
