Tenants are responsible for bringing their own bed linens and towels. Two TVs. Kitchenette with stove top, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and pots, pans, dishware, glassware, flatware, for your use! Wall AC/heater unit plus ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom for comfort. PLEASE NOTE that at LEAST ONE guest in a rental party must be at least 25 years old. Reserved parking spot for one car. Use of two pools, five sundecks, elevator, BBQ grills, co-op coin laundry and on-site management. Trolley right outside to take you to the Wildwood boardwalk and minutes away from Cape May!
