This historic double gallery home in the Lower Garden District has been fully restored and updated with all the modern amenities while retaining its unique characteristics.

Fully furnished with luxurious linens, towels and a fully appointed kitchen. High end appliances. Unique designer accessories. Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Two full bathrooms. Floor to ceiling windows, a lovely outdoor patio and front porch to enjoy grand New Orleans living.

Located one block off Magazine St and steps to restaurants, French Truck coffee shop, Courtyard Brewery, and Barrel Proof bourbon bar and more! Four blocks (0.4 mi) to St Charles Ave and the street car.

Family Friendly: Pack-and-Play, Stroller and High Chair provided in the house. Queen size air mattress and extra linens also stored in the house and available for your use.

Saints Fans (& Visitors)! Great convenient location for games and events at the Superdome. The house 1.3 mi to the Dome.

Attention business travelers! This home is extremely close to the New Orleans Ernest Morial Convention Center and offers a wonderful respite from convention chaos. You will love being a quick walk to a relaxing and comfortable home! By Google Maps calculation it is 0.6 mi walking distance to the main entrance (closer if you use one of the other entrances).

An additional queen air mattress can be set up to accommodate children or other guest(s) in the living room. We don't recommend it as the most comfortable option for adults but it is available. There is an additional fee for more than 4 adults though we waive this fee for children under 2.

This home is a traditional New Orleans style duplex with one unit on the first floor and the other unit on the second floor. Your entrance is the door on the front porch that you see in the pictures. This apartment is the entire first floor of the building. Long term tenants live in the apartment upstairs and their entrance is at the side porch. The courtyard is shared with the upstairs unit.

We provide an independent check-in process with a coded lockbox. No need to arrange a set time to meet us but we live on the block and are available if needed!

The parking is dedicated to the upstairs unit but there is plentiful free street parking available.
