This gorgeous studio condo at The Shores was newly renovated and upgraded throughout, in March 2016. Super-comfy with high thread-count linens and a retreat atmosphere - it is the perfect nest and springboard for your Up North fun and adventures. Lovely cedar deck to enjoy the water view. Flat screen TV (cable included) and Wi-Fi. Full bath with vanity area. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, panini grill, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle. Overlooking Grand Traverse Bay in a setting of towering pines, a flowing stream and a beautiful sandy beach. Our ground floor condo is located on East Grand Traverse Bay at the intersection of US31 and M72. On Weekends in the summer there's live music and fire pit with smores for a great family or romantic experience.

Short stays, weekly and monthly are available. Horse Shows on the Bay is less than 5 minutes from this location. Elk Rapids is just 10 minutes north of here. Traverse City is 7 miles away.

You can't beat this location for easy access to all the fun activities this great area has to offer. Festivals abound in this area including Traverse City Film Festival, beer, music and wine festivals and The Cherry Festival, among others. Terrific shopping in waterfront villages and towns.
