It's situated on the first floor of a two-story house originally built in 1842, adjacent to beautiful Forsyth Park. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from coffee shops, groceries, restaurants and bars.

If you'd prefer to stay in and relax, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast table with seating for 4, a cozy living room with a large and unusual library, a flat-screen TV equipped with a DVD player and a Roku for streaming, and a classic front porch (with a swing, naturally). The back door opens into a large enclosed courtyard with a picnic table for dining al fresco. The cheerful colors, eclectic decor and original heart pine floors create a warm, inviting atmosphere, brimming with Savannah charm!

Each bedroom contains its own walk-in closet, and both beds feature brand new Serta iSeries mattresses. Linens and towels are provided, as well as a washer & dryer. The bathroom is fully renovated and features a combination tub/shower.
