Come enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather in our three bedroom plus playroom/guest room and 2 bathroom house. The house has been completely remodeled and has an open floor plan. The backyard is fully enclosed with mountain views. Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is close to hiking, golfing, shopping, grocery stores, good restaurants, and the University of Arizona. This house is perfect for individuals, couples or families with kids. The pool and fireplace are not in working condition, but will be renovated in May. Leave all your baby stuff at home because house has a full size crib, highchair and lots of toys and games.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed and mountain views, as well as an updated bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full size crib. The third bedroom has a twin bed, as well as a trundle bed. The fourth room is a playroom with a twin bed. There is no door, but curtains that can be closed.
Wifi included. The tv streams netflix, amazon prime, and a few local channels. NO SMOKING or Pets upon approval. 30 day cancellation required for refund.
