Sleeps 5-6 comfortably (4 beds) with indoor and outdoor dining for 6 as well. Truly an easy stroll - just 2 blocks to fabulous body surfing, swimming and volleyball, all off the Main Beach Boardwalk. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you’re just a quick walk to Downtown Village shops, restaurants and Pageant of the Masters. Whole Foods Market is just across the street on Broadway and there's a Farmer's Market with great produce every Saturday morning at Ocean Ave. We’re just 2 blocks from Heisler Park and you can easily walk or take a trolley ride to the Sawdust Festival and many other fun destinations. Nearby amusement and theme parks include Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and more. Angels Baseball is also very close. Around town, try a self-guided tour of Laguna’s finest natural attractions, including Victoria Beach, famous Crescent Bay for stand up paddle boarding, Shaw’s Cove for snorkeling and Diver’s Cove for, well, diving! Visit historical landmarks and dramatic wave-crashed cliffs, tide pools and of course beaches.

Laguna Beach is a very kid friendly (and dog friendly!) locale. Feel free to use our beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, coolers, toys for the kids, boogie boards, etc. Grab flashlights for night walks on the beach, too! The area offers miles of wilderness hiking trails, acres of mountain biking opportunities and many family parks for any level of outdoor adventure.

On the middle level of the house, a peaceful, quiet master bedroom features a walk in closet and black slab granite counters in the spa-like bathroom with natural stone surrounding the large Roman style tub. Two additional guest bedrooms on the next level are appointed with sea grass flooring, luxurious linens and ceiling fans. Enjoy the naturally cool, lushly landscaped courtyard before bedtime or with your morning coffee listening to our neighborhood birds at play.

This is not your typical beach rental property as we’ve added many personal touches. Relaxing in every way, other amenities include a fully appointed kitchen with professional grade appliances, remote controlled bamboo window blinds and central air conditioning. Once you’re settled in, raise the umbrella (and a glass of wine, provided for our guests) on the deck for a romantic sunset dinner or fire up the grill for a perfect barbeque meal together.

After a day at the beach you can rinse off under the outdoor shower, toss swim suits into the downstairs wash and relax with upgraded TV’s, cable and internet in all rooms of course, but who wants that when you have more of the Pacific Ocean and Laguna Beach art galleries, fine dining and night life just a couple of blocks away?!?!
