Our well maintained 4 bedroom house is conveniently located in Sandy Ridge subdivision, Davenport area. It is only 8 miles from Disney’s main entrance, less than 20 minutes from Universal Studios and half an hour from the airport. One mile from I-4, it is easy to access to many attractions that Orlando has to offer. There’s a supermarket, a pharmacy and several restaurants within two miles radius. For golf players, Champion Gate is less than two minutes away!

Our air-conditioned, fully furnished villa has two master en-suites with its own large private bathroom, with one king bed and one queen bed in each. There are two twin bedrooms that share a 3rd full bathroom. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 to 10 people.

The open living room/dining area offers spacious room for family and friends gathering.

The swimming pool and spa is backed on wood/conservation which brings in beautiful Florida sunshine all day long. It is fully screened to keep the insects out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes with a child safety fence and gate. The covered lanai provides pleasant shade from the sun so you can stay cool. There is also a Jacuzzi/spa for your ultimate relaxation after a long day at the nearby parks.
