My property is situated inside a natural area protect, its name is " Stagnone ". The house has two bed rooms ( one with large bed and the otherone with a bunk bed, both with air conditioned ), a large room open space where there are a side with the kitchen space, one living area, a chemny for winter charming evenings.
Autside the house you find a large screened porch from where you see an expensive garden ( about 3000 mq ), with a fine meadow ( about 400 mq ) where you can lie down while children ( and not only )can play in any way.
Autside the garden in front of its gate you find the sea of the " Stagnone " with its little four islands (Long Island, Mothia, S.Mary, Scola ), ofte, when the wind is strong the " Stagnone "is full of kite-surfs and wind-surfs and, from the house you can see many colors of the sails.
Not far from the property there are supermarkets, pharmacy, other shops.
in a few minutes ( 10-15 ), by car you arrive to a beutiful beach called " S.Teodoro ".
Marsala is far from property just about seven km and in Marsala there is a long sandy coastline with many bath house.
the airport " Birgi " is not far ( 6 km ).,
