An original Engadine house from the 17th century. 250 square metres living space on 2-3 floors. Gentle renovations were carefully planned and executed. Granite flooring for kitchen *, corridor and bathroom * (* with under floor heating) installed, old vaults appeared. A lover’s object that has no equal. On the ground floor is a spacious vaulted kitchen, a large bathroom with vaulted ceiling, 2 living rooms (Stüvas), one single room and a large entrance room (Sulèr), which could not be more comfortable for eating and being with 10-12 people. There are five bedrooms and a small bathroom in the upper floors.

Museums and galleries: An impressive number of museums and galleries showcase paintings and sculptures for art lovers from all over the world. Sounding names as Giovanni Segantini, Friedrich Nietzsche, Milli Weber and Andrea Robbireceived their own museums. Contemporary artists such as Fischli / Weiss and PipilotteRist have their own platform in the valley thanks to the Art Public Plaiv project. In the Upper Engadine galleries every art lover will find something.

Sports: The fascination of the mountains, the lakes and the light, invite to do different sports: hiking, climbing, horseback riding, fishing, and cycling. Thanks to excellent conditions, it is also good for sailing, surfing, golfing, mountain biking, and Nordic walking, kite-surfing and inline-skating, skiing or cross country skiing.
