Welcome to our luxurious condo which offers a tropical retreat setting with five star amenities. CHI M2 is designed to offer a balanced division between outdoor and indoor pursuits. The master bedroom and terrace is east facing allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the rising sun and al fresco dining. All bedrooms have “blackout” blinds fitted to block out the sun if you wish! The sliding doors from the terrace to the master bedroom and lounge have retractable mosquito screens as do all the opening windows.
It features a well-appointed US spec kitchen, granite countertops, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and a smart microwave. Across the granite countertop is the breakfast bar, which opens to the modern dining/living area, with AC and sliding doors to the terrace. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space, individual controlled AC, an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and sliding doors to the terrace. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage space, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Just off the kitchen is the laundry closet with modern US spec washer, dryer, Ironing board, clothes drier and other handy accessories.
The 162 sq. ft. terrace lets you enjoy the tropical landscape at its best and has an overhead fan/light to create a bright area with a nice breeze. The table and chairs on the terrace can seat 6 persons. Listening to the birds and the jungle sounds during breakfast is a joy to behold!
A safe is provided, free of charge, for storing your valuables.
There is free parking available just outside the Condo.
Also, for your convenience, there is an elevator within the CHI building and a personal security latch on the front door.
Free Wi-Fi access is available at the onsite Wellness Center, just a short walk from the condo. Private Internet access is coming soon, watch this space.
A 50" LCD Smart TV is installed in the lounge, complimented by a Dolby Surround Sound Home Cinema System and Sky TV cable television. Do you have a favourite movie, TV series or Music? Bring it with you on a Blu-ray/DVD, USB stick/USB drive, and play via the system which is Bluetooth enabled for streaming from your Smartphone/Tablet. On site you will find a community infinity pool and barbecue area, just a few hundred yards away, and lap pools at the Wellness Centre, including sea water pools, also close by.

As a guest of TAO, enjoy the pristine beaches located at the Gran Bahia Principe Resorts. Beach access is complimentary and reduced rates are offered for day and night passes for the all-inclusive amenities. Take a shuttle bus from the Wellness centre to the Sian Kaan hotel to pick up the regular shuttle to the beach club.

Go to the Sian Kaan Hotel, show your renting ID and pay $15 US and enjoy eating/drinking at the 24/7 snack bar, which is more than a snack bar! Remember that the shuttle transport stops @ 18:00. After that you need a rental car or you can walk it in about 20 – 30 minutes.
