Guest Accommodation: one double room with queen-sized double bed; one single room with twin single beds and one trundle bed for an extra child. We can accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The rooms are downstairs, with a private bathroom.

Upstairs is host accommodation, kitchen , dining room and lounge. There are no kitchen facilities with the guest rooms downstairs.
Entry to the house is shared. There is off-street parking beside the house. We offer free WiFi ; laundry use and TV viewing.
There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. Public transport is by bus to the CBD, about 30 minutes.

Arrival and Departure:Guests should advise approximate time of arrival. Departure should be by 10a.m (can be negotiated)

House Rules: No pets; no smoking in the house or grounds.
Children are welcome; there is a playground within walking distance of the house.

Local Points of Interest:There are western beaches and bush areas easily accessed. Shopping malls are nearby, as well as cinemas, libraries and banking facilities. Wildlife areas and rural districts are found within 30minutes of this suburb.
