FC408ED is located in the quiet Four Corners neighborhood only 10 minutes from the gates of Disney. Within minutes of restaurants, a 24 hour Walmart, Posner Park Mall, cinema complex at Downtown Disney and many golf courses.

This spacious open plan villa has plenty of room to relax in after a busy day at the theme parks. We have a family room with a 60 HDTV, in addition to the sitting room, with a formal dining area as well as a large kitchen island with stools for casual dining. A games room has a pool table and a combination, air hockey and ping pong.

The laundry room has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Linen and towels are supplied for your convenience.

.With five bedrooms it contains a king-size bed upstairs, Queen downstairs, Queen upstairs, bunk bed room upstairs and 5th bedroom has 2 Twin beds.. The spacious master suite has an en-suite bathroom containing walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity unit and toilet. The shared bathroom contains a deep, full-size bathtub with shower over. There is an additional downstairs powder room.

The nearest golf course is only two miles away with many other golf courses within easy reach.

Numerous restaurants and shops are located on and around Highway 27 with a 24hr Walmart Supercenter within 5 minutes drive. Champions Gate is five/ten minutes away, containing two Greg Norman championship golf courses along with international restaurants, video rental store, hairdresser, bank, cleaners, nail salon and Publix supermarket amongst many outlets.

Lake Louisa State Park is 20 minutes drive north on Highway 27 and hosts many sporting and adventurous pursuits including: canoeing, swimming, fishing, horse trails, hiking trails and wildlife viewing.
