Kids will enjoy the smaller infinity pool right next to it, while adults will appreciate the sun-kissed pool terrace, plunge pool, pergola-covered dining area, and ocean access down a long, winding path. Keep up with your routine thanks to a gym, home office and Wi-Fi, and stay comfortable under ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Designed by Mexican architect Marco Aldaco, the villa features both large, open living areas and private nooks. Just off the pool terrace, an open-air living room with wicker chairs lets you sit and enjoy the sea breeze, while pottery and baskets from around the world add exotic interest. The high-ceilinged dining room has its own breezy feel, thanks to a latticework wall and ceiling fans, and the bright white kitchen features marble countertops and charming blue and white tile.

The propertys six bedrooms are divided between the main house, a cottage and a guest house. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, hair dryer, walk-in closet and a private terrace. In the main house, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a king bed and one with two double beds, and two bedrooms upstairs: one with a king bed and one with two double beds. The cottage houses the villas master bedroom, which has a king bed, and the guest house has one bedroom with a king bed.

Though the estate stands alone on a hilltop, its location on Providenciales means local amenities are just a short drive away. The beach is 3 minutes by car, and a grocery store and exercise facilities are just 5 minutes away. Its a 7-minute drive to a clinic, a 10-minute drive to a tennis court, golf course and church, and a 15-minute drive to the international airport.
