Set on a slight rise overlooking Grace Bay Beach and designed with sprawling outdoor living areas, this charming, contemporary four-bedroom property makes it easy to simply relax and take in the ocean views. With the airport a short drive away and the beach just a 10-minute walk, you can make the most of your time on Turks and Caicos.

The gated villa opens to a 1,000-square-foot terrace and a saltwater infinity pool, so there’s plenty of private space to swim, lounge, nap and dine. Cook up local fish at the grill in the outdoor kitchen, serve it up in the outdoor dining area and sip a cocktail at the wet bar, which has views of the bay. Inside, the newly remodeled home is equipped with a media room, sound system, Wi-Fi access and metered air conditioning.

The great room’s vaulted ceilings and 36-foot sliding glass doors let the breeze into the living and dining areas and kitchen. A tan, blue and white color scheme echoes the sand and water outside, and bright patterned upholstery on the sofas and armchairs is a whimsical touch. The dining area’s traditional klismos-style chairs make an elegant spot for dinner, while the spacious kitchen’s mahogany breakfast bar is the perfect place for a snack.

The four bedrooms at SeaBreeze Villa all have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are three bedrooms with king beds, two of which also have TVs, and one bedroom with a queen bed. Two of the king bedrooms are tucked away in their own private wing, and have French doors opening to the pool terrace.

From the villa, it’s a 10-minute walk down a path to Grace Bay Beach; guests with small children may want to make the 5-minute drive to the convenient, kid-friendly Bight Park, which is right on the beach. Famed for its 12-mile stretch of white sand, the beach is the perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving or arranging a fishing trip or boat tour. On land, it’s a 5-minute drive from the villa to the Bight Botanical Gardens, and a 6-mile drive to the airport.
